Founded in 2016, Nom Nom Restaurant and Grill was created from the heart of a family that believes great food brings people together. Inspired by the cherished recipes of Mom “Phetsamone,” Chef Bobby Rasaphangthong transformed those home-style traditions into a culinary experience that has captured the hearts of Vancouver diners.
What started as a humble dream quickly became one of Clark County’s most celebrated restaurants. Every dish tells a story of heritage, passion, and dedication — from the slow-simmered broth of our famous Pho to the smoky aroma of our grilled specialties.
